Mission Statement

The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for social and other similar nonprofitable purposes, including but not limited to, supporting operations of the Lambda Chapter of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity, providing funding for special events of said chapter, and ensuring the long-term vitality of said chapter. In furtherance of such purposes, the Corporation shall be empowered to purchase and/or lease real property to secure for itself adequate premises and facilities to carry out its purposes designated herein and otherwise shall have and may exercise any and all powers which it may now or hereafter be lawful for not-for-profit corporations to have and exercise under the laws of the State of Illinois, as the same may be amended, except such powers as are inconsistent with the express provisions of these Articles.
